合同会社ふるさとりんくす（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーションおよび関連サービス（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

取得する情報は、アプリごとに異なります。各アプリで取得する情報（取得しない場合を含む）は、下記「4. アプリごとの取扱い」に記載します。

4. アプリごとの取扱い

・Moviller（動画プレーヤー）：Moviller はインターネットに接続せず、端末内だけで動作します。個人情報・端末識別子・利用状況などのデータは一切収集・送信しません。広告も表示しません。「すべてのファイルへのアクセス」の許可は、端末内の動画ファイルの表示・名前変更・移動・削除のためだけに使用し、ファイルの内容が外部に送られることはありません。

・NaviPill（ナビゲーションバー）：NaviPill は、画面の上に「戻る・ホーム・履歴」のボタンを表示し、タップされたときにその操作（および利用者が設定した長押しの操作）を実行するためだけに、Android のアクセシビリティサービスを使用します。画面の内容、入力した文字、通知などを読み取ったり、記録・送信したりすることはありません。インターネットに接続せず、個人情報・端末識別子・利用状況などのデータは一切収集・送信しません。広告も表示しません。メタル・宝石・鉱物のテーマの光沢表示のため、加速度センサーの値を端末内でのみ使用し、保存・送信はしません。設定とエラー記録は端末内にのみ保存されます。

​・Picture to CAD（写真から図面の下絵を作るアプリ）：Picture to CAD は、写真・画像・PDF を端末内だけで処理して DXF を作ります。インターネットへ通信する権限を持たず、個人情報・写真・図面・位置情報・端末識別子・利用状況などのデータは一切収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。作成した DXF などは端末内（アプリ専用の領域、または利用者が選んだ保存先）に保存され、利用者が「送る」「共有」を操作したときに限り、利用者が選んだアプリへ渡されます。無料枠の残りは端末内だけに保存されます。有料プラン「Pro」の購入・決済・解約は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取りません。子どもを対象としていません。

​・QR ScanLiner（QRコードスキャナ）：QR ScanLiner は、端末内だけで動作します。インターネットへ通信する権限を持たず、個人情報・位置情報・端末識別子・利用状況などのデータは一切収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。カメラの映像、および利用者が読み取りを選んだ画面の画像・PDF は、QR コードを見つけるためだけに端末内で処理し、保存も送信もしません。読み取り履歴と URL のストックは端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除すると消えます。「画面から読む」機能は、他のアプリの上に表示するボタンと画面の取り込みを、利用者が許可して自分で開始したときにだけ使います。読み取ったリンクは、利用者が操作したときに限り開く、または他のアプリへ渡されます。本アプリは有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取りません。子どもを対象としていません。

・Volume Board（通知トレイの音量コントローラー）：Volume Board は、端末内だけで動作します。インターネットへ通信する権限を持たず、個人情報・端末識別子・利用状況などのデータは一切収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。通知から音量を操作するために、端末の音量（メディア・着信音・アラーム）の読み取りと変更だけを行い、その値を保存・送信しません。端末の再起動後に通知を出し直すため、起動完了の知らせを受け取ります。設定（表示言語、ロック画面に出すか、振動の有無など）は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除すると消えます。本アプリは有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取りません。子どもを対象としていません。

・Celllogue（電池の記録アプリ）：Celllogue は、端末の中だけで動作します。インターネットへ通信する権限を持たず、個人情報・位置情報・端末識別子は収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。グラフを描くために、電池の残量・充電状態・温度・電圧・電流と、利用者が自分で許可した「使用状況へのアクセス」により、アプリごとの画面使用時間と通信量（量だけで、内容は見ません）を読み取ります。これらの記録は端末内にだけ最大30日間保存され、設定の「すべての記録を削除」またはアプリを削除すると消えます。設定の内容も端末内にだけ保存されます。起動完了の知らせは、記録の自動再開を利用者が有効にしたときに、記録を再開するためだけに受け取ります。有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取っていません。子どもを対象としていません。

・Cellflow（電池の電流と温度ウィジェット）：Cellflow は、端末の中だけで動作します。インターネットへ通信する権限を持たず、個人情報・位置情報・端末識別子は収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。ウィジェットに表示するために、電池の残量・充電状態・温度・電圧・電流を Android から読み取って画面に出しますが、これらの値をファイルに保存することも、外部へ送信することもありません。端末内に保存するのは、設定（表示言語・更新の間隔・充電目標・温度の単位）と、残り時間を見積もるための少量の計算用データ（残量が最後に変わった時刻など）だけで、アプリを削除すると消えます。ウィジェットを数秒ごとに更新するため、画面がついていてウィジェットを置いている間は、状態通知つきの常駐（フォアグラウンドサービス）を動かし、端末の再起動後に更新を再開するため、起動完了の知らせを受け取ります。本アプリは有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取っていません。子どもを対象としていません。

・DeviceEQ（スマホ全体のイコライザ）：DeviceEQ は、端末の中だけで動作します。インターネットへ通信する権限を持たず、個人情報・位置情報・端末識別子は収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。音声の録音・保存・送信は行わず、マイクも使いません。端末内に保存するのは、イコライザの設定とプロファイル、アプリの設定（言語・テーマ・精度など）、および「Bluetooth 機器ごとの記憶」のための Bluetooth オーディオ機器の名前とアドレス（Android のオーディオの仕組みから得られるもの）とその機器で使った音作りだけで、端末の外へ出ることはなく、クラウドへのバックアップも無効にしています。覚えた機器は設定から忘れさせることができ、アプリを削除するとすべて消えます。イコライザがオンの間は、効果を保つため状態通知つきの常駐（フォアグラウンドサービス）を動かし、利用者が「起動時に開始」をオンにした場合のみ、端末の再起動後に再開するため起動完了の知らせを受け取ります。プロファイルの読み込み・書き出しでは、利用者が選んだファイルや貼り付けた文字を端末内でのみ読み取り、クリップボードを読むのは「貼り付け」を押したときだけです。本アプリは有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取っていません。子どもを対象としていません。

・Grasp Words（録音と文字起こし）：Grasp Words は、録音も文字起こしも端末の中だけで行います。個人情報・位置情報・端末識別子は収集・送信しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。マイクで録音した音声は、M4A ファイルとして端末内に保存します（初期の保存先は Recordings/GraspWords で、設定で変えられます）。文字起こしの結果は、TXT ファイルとして Documents の同じ名前のフォルダに保存します。音声と文字を端末の外へ送ることはありません。インターネットへの通信は、音声認識モデルのダウンロードにだけ使い、GitHub と Hugging Face から取得します。このとき音声・文字・個人情報は送らず、通常の通信と同じく、取得先のサーバーには IP アドレスなどが伝わります。設定と、動作の確認用の小さな記録（録音の開始・停止の時刻、ファイル名、途中で止まった理由。音声や文字は含みません）は端末内にだけ保存し、利用者が共有を操作したときに限り外へ出ます。録音中と文字起こし中は、画面を消しても続けるため、状態通知つきの常駐（フォアグラウンドサービス）を動かします。利用者が予約録音を設定した場合のみ、決めた時刻に録音を始めるためのアラーム、画面を点けるための全画面の通知、端末の再起動後に予約を置き直すための起動完了の知らせを使います。文字起こしするファイルは、利用者がシステムのファイル選択で選んだものだけを読み取ります。アプリを削除しても、保存した録音と文字起こしのファイルは端末に残ります。本アプリは有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取りません。子どもを対象としていません。

・Firehound（スマホのカメラで火災を見つける）：Firehound は、カメラの映像を端末の中だけで解析して、炎や煙の兆候を探します。カメラの映像を当社や外部のサーバーへ送ることはなく、当社は個人情報・位置情報・端末識別子・利用状況などのデータを収集しません。広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスは入っていません。録画した動画と検知時の写真は、端末内にだけ保存します（初期の保存先は Movies/FireDetect と Pictures/FireDetect で、利用者が選んだフォルダに変えられます）。インターネットへの通信は、利用者がメール通知を設定した場合に、警報とテストのメールを送るためだけに使います。メールは、利用者が設定したメールサーバー（SMTP）へ暗号化した接続で直接送られ、利用者が指定した宛先に届きます。当社のサーバーは経由しません。メールには、検知の種類と日時、および設定により検知時の写真が含まれます。メールサーバーのユーザー名・パスワードと見張り用の暗証番号は、Android Keystore で暗号化して端末内にだけ保存し、クラウドへのバックアップは無効にしています。盗難・転倒の見張りに使う加速度センサーとジャイロスコープの値は、端末内でのみ使い、保存・送信はしません。電池の残量は、利用者が設定した場合に、残量の低下をメールで知らせるためだけに読み取ります。設定と、登録した炎や煙の色は端末内にだけ保存され、アプリを削除すると消えます。保存した動画と写真は、アプリを削除しても端末に残ります。本アプリは有料アプリで、購入・決済は Google Play が行い、当社は支払い情報を受け取りません。子どもを対象としていません。

Furusato Links LLC ("we") sets out the following privacy policy for the handling of user information in the smartphone applications and related services we provide (the "Apps").

4. App-specific information

- Moviller (video player): Moviller works entirely on your device and does not connect to the internet. It does not collect or transmit any personal data, device identifiers or usage data, and it shows no ads. The "All files access" permission is used only to display, rename, move and delete video files on your device; file contents are never sent anywhere.

- NaviPill (navigation bar): NaviPill uses Android's Accessibility Service only to show Back, Home and Recents buttons over the screen and to perform those actions (and the long-press actions you choose) when you tap them. It does not read, record or transmit screen content, typed text or notifications. It does not connect to the internet, does not collect or transmit any personal data, device identifiers or usage data, and shows no ads. Accelerometer values are used only on your device for the shine effect of the metal, gem and mineral themes, and are never stored or sent. Settings and error logs are stored only on your device.

​- Picture to CAD (draft drawings from photos): Picture to CAD processes photos, images and PDFs only on your device to create DXF files. It has no permission to use the internet and does not collect or transmit personal information, photos, drawings, location data, device identifiers or usage data. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. Created DXF files are stored on your device (in the app's private storage or in the folder you choose) and are handed to another app only when you use "Send" or "Share". The remaining free allowance is kept only on your device. Purchase, payment and cancellation of the "Pro" plan are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

​- QR ScanLiner (QR code scanner): QR ScanLiner works entirely on your device. It has no permission to use the internet and does not collect or transmit personal information, device identifiers, location data or usage data. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. Camera images, and the screen images and PDFs you choose to read, are used only on your device to detect QR codes and are neither stored nor sent. The scan history and the saved URL list stay only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. The "Scan from screen" feature uses a floating button (draw over other apps) and a screen capture only after you allow it and start it yourself. A scanned link is opened, or passed to another app, only when you choose to. The app is a paid app; purchase and payment are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

​- Volume Board (notification volume controller): Volume Board works entirely on your device. It has no permission to use the internet and does not collect or transmit personal information, device identifiers or usage data. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. To let you change volume from the notification, it only reads and changes your device's volume levels (media, ringtone, alarm); these values are neither stored nor sent. It receives the device's boot-completed signal to show the notification again after a restart. Your settings (display language, lock-screen visibility, haptic feedback) are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. The app is a paid app; purchase and payment are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

- Celllogue (battery history app): Celllogue works entirely on your device. It has no permission to use the internet and does not collect or transmit personal information, location data or device identifiers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. To draw its graphs, it reads the battery level, charging state, temperature, voltage and current, and, with the "Usage access" permission that you grant yourself, per-app screen time and network traffic amounts (never the content). These records are kept only on your device for up to 30 days and are removed by "Delete all records" in Settings or when you uninstall the app. Your settings are also stored only on your device. It receives the device's boot-completed signal only to resume recording if you turn that setting on. The app is a paid app; purchase and payment are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

- Cellflow (battery current and temperature widget): Cellflow works entirely on your device. It has no permission to use the internet and does not collect or transmit personal information, location data or device identifiers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. To show its widget, it reads the battery level, charging state, temperature, voltage and current from Android and displays them on screen; these values are not saved to files and are never sent anywhere. Only your settings (display language, update interval, charge target, temperature unit) and a small amount of calculation data used to estimate the time left (such as when the battery level last changed) are stored on your device, and they are removed when you uninstall the app. To refresh the widget every few seconds, it runs a foreground service with a status notification while the screen is on and a widget is placed, and it receives the device's boot-completed signal to resume after a restart. The app is a paid app; purchase and payment are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

- DeviceEQ (system-wide equalizer): DeviceEQ works entirely on your device. It has no permission to use the internet and does not collect or transmit personal information, location data or device identifiers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. It does not record, store or send any audio and does not use the microphone. Only the following is stored on your device: your equalizer settings and profiles, app settings (language, theme, precision, etc.), and, for the "Bluetooth device memory" feature, the names and addresses of Bluetooth audio devices as reported by Android's audio system together with the profile used on each device. This information never leaves your device, cloud backup is disabled, remembered devices can be forgotten in Settings, and everything is removed when you uninstall the app. While the equalizer is on, it runs a foreground service with a status notification to keep the effect active, and only if you turn on "start at boot" does it receive the device's boot-completed signal to resume after a restart. When you import or export a profile, the file you choose or the text you paste is read only on your device, and the clipboard is read only when you tap "Paste". The app is a paid app; purchase and payment are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

- Grasp Words (voice recorder and transcription): Grasp Words records and transcribes entirely on your device. It does not collect or transmit personal information, location data or device identifiers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. Audio you record with the microphone is saved on your device as M4A files (by default in Recordings/GraspWords; you can change the folder in Settings), and transcripts are saved as TXT files in a Documents folder with the same name. Your audio and text are never sent off your device. The app uses the internet only to download the speech models you choose, from GitHub and Hugging Face; no audio, text or personal data is sent in these requests, and, as with any download, the servers can see your IP address and the standard information in a web request. Your settings and a small troubleshooting log (when recordings started and stopped, file names and why a recording ended early; never audio or transcript text) are stored only on your device and leave it only if you tap Share. While recording or transcribing, the app runs a foreground service with a status notification so the work continues when the screen is off. Only if you set up a scheduled recording does it use an alarm to start at the time you chose, a full-screen notification to turn on the screen, and the device's boot-completed signal to set your schedules again after a restart. For transcribing a file, it reads only the file you pick with the system file picker. Recordings and transcripts remain on your device if you uninstall the app. The app is a paid app; purchase and payment are handled by Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details. The app is not directed at children.

- Firehound (finds fire and smoke with your phone camera): Firehound analyzes the camera image only on your device to look for signs of flames or smoke. Camera images are never sent to us or to any other server, and we do not collect personal information, location data, device identifiers or usage data. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or other external services. Recorded videos and detection photos are saved only on your device (by default in Movies/FireDetect and Pictures/FireDetect; you can choose another folder). The app uses the internet only to send alert and test emails if you set up email alerts. These emails are sent over an encrypted connection directly to the mail server (SMTP) you configure and are delivered to the recipients you specify; they never pass through our servers. An email contains the type of detection, the date and time and, if enabled, the photo taken at the moment of detection. Your mail server user name and password and your guard PIN are encrypted with the Android Keystore and stored only on your device, and cloud backup is disabled. Accelerometer and gyroscope values used for theft and fall protection are used only on your device and are neither stored nor sent. The battery level is read only to email you when it is low, if you turn that on. Your settings and registered flame and smoke colors are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app; saved videos and photos remain on your device.
